On our website you are able to browse our own handmade collections as well as our popular costume style ranges. Our handmade collections are produced from our workshop in Hastingwood in Essex by our in house Jeweller Claire Reilly.
Jewellery Repairs
We offer a complete Jewellery repair service on all items from Gold and Silver to Costume Jewellery and restringing. We repair catches, polish and rhodium plate rings and resizing rings etc. Please pop in or call for a free quotation.
Bespoke Service
If you just can’t find the right necklace or ring you desire or the right colour necklace for your new outfit we can help. We can produce any item for you whether it maybe a bespoke diamond engagement ring or a costume piece of jewellery in a certain colour we can help.
The Carat Shop school of Jewellery Making
Using our 15 year experience in the Jewellery industry we are able to share our knowledge and skills.
We currently run a range of courses from beginner to advanced levels in beadwork, wirework, silversmithing, goldsmithing and artclay.
All lessons are tutored by BA qualified Jewellers in our fully equipped workshop in Essex.

Shamballa Bead Wrap Bracelets
Shamballa style bead wrap bracelets have become increasingly popular this year and set to create a storm in the Jewellery world since spotted on celebrities such as Nicole Scherzinger, The Saturdays, Justin Bieber, Jay-Z and Ashley Cole.
